D and I started the South Beach diet this weekend. She’s doing a strict phase 1 for at least a week — I’m going to do mostly phase 1. I’m not sure that I’ll give up wine, but I’ll definitely lose the beer for at least a week.
Starting weight: Somewhere around 192.
Target weight: I dunno, lighter than I am now. I don’t feel particularly heavy; just a bit softer than I like.
